Gaming conventions are more than just the tabletop experience. They’re also a place for great artists and craftspeople to show off their work, for personalities and live groups to interact with fans, and to buy cool stuff! We want to scratch that convention itch like everyone else, but to do it, we need you.
If you want to be a vendor at Armour Con, we’d love to have you! We have space available in our main hall which connects all of the different rooms at the convention for maximum exposure all day, and a designated Vendor Hall attached to the ballroom, which will be locked up each night by hotel staff for security. A security guard will be on-site all evening.
Vendor Hall: Open from 8 AM to 6 PM, with the expectation that vendors will stay open until lockup at 6. Each space is 8×10 ft. and includes a table and a chair (additional chairs can be requested, but additional tables are at a premium and you can bring in your own!) Vendor Hall space costs $75 for the weekend.
Main Hallway: Open whenever you want it to be! Each space is 8×10 ft., but has a smaller twin-table setup and a chair (additional chairs can be requested, but additional tables are at a premium and you can bring in your own!) You can be as open as you like, but are expected to be open till at least 6 PM. This is premium space, with more foot traffic and visibility than the vendor hall.
Main Hallway space costs $125 for the weekend.
